The relationship between lesion and dance exposure was 9.5 injuries per 1000 hours of exposure. Pain was reported by 96% of participants. The most affected area was the lumbar spine.
Conclusion: Dancers from the Contemporary Ballet of San
Martín Theater reported a high rate of injuries, with ankle sprains being the most prevalent. The lumbar spine was the body area most frequently affected by pain.
